We have had a pleasure to advise the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Warsaw Stock Exchange as a sub-contractor to BTA Consulting in a regulatory project related to the assessment of detailed rules of functioning of the stock exchange in Warsaw.

We have a pleasure to inform that negotiations on a participation of Fundusz Inwestycji Infrastrukturalnych Kapitałowy FIZAN managed by Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. and Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. in co- investment in a company carrying out an economic activity consisting of a lease of locomotives manufactured by PESA have been successfully completed. We have provided legal advice to Fundusz Inwestycji Infrastrukturalnych Kapitałowy FIZAN.  

We have a pleasure to inform that Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. as lender and a project company from the Osiedle Feniks Group as borrower have successfully completed negotiations of the financing of construction of phase I and II of a residential area “Feniks Osiedle Nadmorskie” in Kołobrzeg. We have advised the lender. Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 22,500,000.

Negotiations of the financing of a cost of acquisition of an office building in Warsaw between Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. and a project company from the Mazovia Group have been successfully completed. We have had a pleasure to advise the lender. Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 14,200,000.

We have advised the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the financing of an acquisition cost of a Czech railway cargo company by PKP Cargo S.A. Value of the financing amounted to EUR 100,000,000. The finance documentation was governed by English law.

We have had a pleasure to advise Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in respect of the financing of construction of a commercial centre in Jarocin by Multishop Jarocin Sp. z o.o. Value of the transaction amounted to approx. PLN 12,500,000.

We have a pleasure to inform that we have advised Merkury Market S.A. in a successful completion of an acquisition of assets located in the Czech Republic.

Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. as lender and a project company from the White Stone Development Group as borrower have successfully completed negotiations of the financing of approx. PLN 13,500,000 relating to the construction of a number of residential buildings in Szczecin - „Ornament Szczecin”. We have advised the lender.

Negotiations of the re-financing of a cost of acquisition of a real property in Warsaw between Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and a project company from the Robyg Group have been successfully completed. We have had a pleasure to advise the lender. Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 31,320,000.

We have advised Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in a transaction involving a project company from the Rogowski Development Group. Value of the transaction amounted to PLN 36,342,000 and the transaction consisted of the financing of an acquisition of a real property in Warsaw.

We have advised Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. in the negotiations with Linetech Holding S.A. in respect of the financing of acquisition of Adria Airways Tehnika, a Slovenian aircraft maintenance company (the MRO sector). 

We have advised C&C Wind Sp. z o.o. in negotiations relating to the amendments of the finance documentation relating to a project consisting of the construction and operation of a wind farm in Orla entered into between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. as lenders. The finance documentation was governed by English and Polish law.

We have advised Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. on negotiations of the finance documentation relating to a project consisting of the construction of an apartment building in Mielno by Invest Sp. z o.o. Mielno Sp.k. Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 10,000,000.

We have a pleasure to inform that Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Zagrebačka Banka D.D. as lenders and Press Glass D.O.O. as borrower have successfully completed negotiations of the financing of construction of a plant for manufacturing window parts in Croatia. We have advised the lenders preparing finance documentation governed by English and Polish law. Value of the financing amounted to approx. EUR 10,000,000.

We have had a pleasure to advise the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum in respect of the preparation of an agreement with a technical advisor/university representative in respect of a project consisting of the construction of a new University Hospital in Kraków.
