Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal advised Santander Bank Polska S.A. on the financing provided to a company from the Rezydent Group for the construction of a residential estate in Warsaw called “Konopacka 19”.

The firm was responsible for the carrying out of the due diligence process with regard to the company and the real property selected for the development and for the drafting and negotiating of the finance documents.

Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal advised Bank Pekao S.A. in connection with the successful completion of "Galeria Rondo Wiatraczna” by a company from Dantex Group.

Advice provided to the Bank concerned all issues associated with obtaining an occupancy permit for the building, establishing a separate ownership of premises and separating a part of the shopping centre in favour of WSS Społem.

Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal advised Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in the process of providing a long-term facility to a company from Dekada Group. Corporate financing made available by the Bank will facilitate further development of Dekada Group.

Our firm was responsible for the drafting of the finance documents and the coordination of the CP process, guiding the borrower through for procedure of collecting documents constituting conditions for the utilisation of the facility.

We are happy to inform you that today Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. and several companies from Moderna Group signed refinancing documents for two real estate projects executed by Moderna Group. The total amount of the financing reached approximately 16,750,000 PLN.

In this transaction our firm advised the lender, Magdalena Brzozowska and Karolina Płoska facilitated the deal by drafting and negotiating finance documents and guiding the borrowers through the CP process for the utilisation of the facility.

Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal advised Polish Development Fund (PFR) on the so far the largest transaction within the "Package for medium-sized towns" program launched by PFR.

The transaction involved a purchase by the Local Government Investment Fund (part of  the PFR) of a minority stake in the company Sądeckie Wodociągi from five local governments being shareholders of that company. Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal negotiated and partly drafted transaction documentation as well as carried out a legal due diligence of the company.

Wirtualna Polska Media signed a financing agreement in the amount of PLN 500 million in the form of loans granted by a consortium of banks. The funds are going to be spent on refinancing current debt, current operations and acquisitions in the e-commerce segment. Funding was provided by mBank, PKO BP and ING Bank Śląski.

Jedwabny & Brzozowska Legal advised Polcom Group in the process of obtaining a credit facility, the first in the company’s history to finance a construction project.               Tomasz Jedwabny (legal advisor) and Magdalena Brzozowska (legal advisor), partners of the law firm, worked on the transaction.​

The loan documentation provides for financing of the construction of a luxury residential property „Front Park” in Gdańsk with a value of approx. PLN 45,000,000. A few months ago, we provided legal advice in respect of financing of the acquisition of land designated for that project.

Value of the financing amounts to approx. PLN 73,000,000.

We have had a pleasure to advise Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in negotiations with Osiedle Feniks Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. in respect of the loan documentation providing for financing of a new phase of the construction of a residential project „Osiedle Nadmorskie Feniks” in Kołobrzeg. The loan documentation has been signed and the first tranche of the loan of approx. PLN 12,000,000 has been disbursed.

Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 50,000,000.

We have advised Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. in respect of the financing of construction of the residential houses „Miasteczko Wikana” in Lublin by a project company from the Wikana Group.  Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 9,000,000.

As a legal advisor to Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A., we have successfully completed negotiations with a project company from the Dantex Group in respect of the financing of construction of a residential and commercial building called „Kompleks Miejski Rondo Wiatraczna” in Warsaw.  Value of the financing amounted to approx. PLN 170,000,000.
